In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, we’re here to resolve it promptly.

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement will be dispatched within 15 business days.

Note: If original packaging is missing, the customer is responsible for safe and secure packing of the item for return.

These natural and minor differences do not qualify as defects.

6. Delivery Inspection Guidelines

To help us assist you quickly in case of damage:

  • Inspect the package at delivery in the presence of the courier.
  • If the box appears damaged, write “PENDING INSPECTION” or “DAMAGED” on the delivery note.
  • Take a video while unboxing to provide clear proof if required.
